3. Applicability

  2. Before ordering, customers can read or request these terms.
  3. If any part is invalid, the rest remains valid.
  4. Unclear situations are interpreted reasonably and fairly.

4. Offer

  1. All offers in our online store are non-binding and may change.
  2. We always try to describe products clearly and honestly.
  3. Images are for indication only and may slightly differ from real products.
  4. Errors or mistakes in product information do not bind Skaya.

5. Agreement

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns – 14 Days)

  1. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
  2. The return period starts on the day you receive the product.

  4. Returning within 14 days is enough to cancel your order.

7. Return Costs

  1. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  2. Products must be returned within 14 days after cancellation.
  3. You are only responsible for damage caused by unnecessary use.

9. Warranty

  1. Products must match the description and be in good condition upon delivery.

10. Delivery & Shipping

  3. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
  4. Incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

11. Payment

12. Complaints

  2. Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time, within 14 days of discovery.
  3. We aim to respond within 14 days.
  4. If valid, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund.

  2. Disputes will be handled by a Dutch court near our business location.

14. Additional Terms

Any additional terms must not be unfair to the customer and must be agreed in writing.
