At Skaya, we carefully create and process every order. Many of our products are made especially for you, which means processing times may vary depending on the item.

Processing Time & Availability:

  • In stock items (e.g. stickers) – Ready to ship within 1–3 working days.
  • Made to order items (apparel & most products) – Created especially for you. Processing time is 5–12 working days.
    Order before Sunday 18:00 to be included in that week’s production batch.
  • Custom & personalised items – Made specifically for you. Processing time is 10–15 working days.
    Order before Sunday 18:00 to be included in that week’s production batch.
  • Sold out items – Currently unavailable. Please contact us for alternatives or more information.

Because many items are handmade or produced in small batches, processing and delivery times may vary slightly. We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining quality and care.

Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using trusted international shipping partners. All orders include tracking information, which will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

  • Small package – Tracked shipping for lightweight orders such as stickers, keychains and small accessories.
  • Parcel – Tracked parcel shipping for larger orders such as hoodies, sweaters, mugs and multi-item orders.

Shipping methods and prices are automatically calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are included for many international destinations through our shipping partners.

Customers normally do not need to pay additional import fees upon delivery. However, customs procedures may vary by country and in rare cases additional charges may still apply.

We always aim to keep international shipping costs and import fees as low and transparent as possible for our customers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package size and order weight.

Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders depending on your shipping region.

Returns Information

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn and undamaged.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly delivered.
  • Returns may be refused if products show signs of use or customer-caused damage.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
