At Skaya, we carefully create and process every order. Many of our products are made especially for you, which means processing times may vary depending on the item.

Processing Time & Availability:

  • In stock items (e.g. stickers) – Ready to ship within 1–3 working days.
  • Made to order (apparel & most products) – Created especially for you. Shipping time is 5–12 working days.
    Order before Sunday 18:00 to be included in that week’s production batch.
  • Custom & personalised items – Made specifically for you. Shipping time is 10–15 working days.
    Order before Sunday 18:00 to be included in that week’s production batch.
  • Sold out – This product is currently unavailable. Please contact us for alternatives or more information.

We always aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Because most items are handmade or produced in small batches, delivery times may vary slightly. We prioritise quality and care in every order.

Shipping Method:

We ship all orders with PostNL. You will receive a tracking code once your order has been shipped.

  • Letterbox parcels – Smaller items such as stickers and keychains are shipped as letterbox packages.
  • Standard parcels – Larger items such as clothing (hoodies, sweaters, etc.) are shipped as standard packages.

Shipping Area:

Currently, we ship within the European Union (EU).
We are working on expanding our shipping options to countries outside the EU.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns Information

We want you to be fully happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and undamaged.
  • Personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly delivered.
  • After receiving your return, we will refund the product price (excluding shipping costs where applicable).

How to request a return:

Email us at info@skayaproducts.nl with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs:

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Refund processing:

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

Returns may be refused if items show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
